Welcome to another week of Intensity, deep patterns, wounds and heaviness surfacing, while moments of clarity arriving as lightning unexpectedly.
Two days into the energetics of this week and I can only confirm:
staying connected to and listening to your body over all the stories your mind is trying to feed you is crucial in staying somewhat sane :)
keep returning to the biggest and truest thing in your beliefs, the origin of your trust can keep you at course, even if you need to pause
connecting to people on similar journeys, being similarly sensitive or experiencing similar behaviour and thought patterns can ease your emotional system and can also create the gentle pause from your potential internal spiralling
So if you have any tried and tested practices around how you nurture your communication with your body, connection to a higher web and a network, you feel safe and resonant around - that is going to be a wonderful asset this week.

Let´s get into the Collective energetics of this week.
These are the ones, which I have noticed also moving through me.
We have three major characters: Pluto (introspect, subconscious wounds), Mars (warrior, what is fueling the fight, what energy lays behind it) and Chiron (deep wounds which we might not know the origin of). There are way more to those “guys”, but this is my oversimplified way of experiencing them this time.
The topics, which might be also lively called in you or surfacing:
Playing small
Abandoning yourself
Hiding, cuz Fear is still in control - avoidance patterns
We are welcoming a New Moon in Taurus on the 16th, but it comes only after we have done the dancing in the layers down deep and received the keys, which expand us and makes us catapult beyond what was true in the past. It will carry the energy built on the new with the gate of Contribution.
Currently in Gate23: the Gate of Assimilation. It sits in the Throat center and invites for Connection, Perspective and Communication. It is also a projected gate, so the sharing of information should be invited or happening in an environment, when you know there is receptivity for it.
Hint: This is why it is a great time to invite a trusted friend, who you might share struggles with to share and exchange perspectives, enjoy time for connection and maybe let something land after hearing yourself talking about it.
Although it is great if you can do this from a place of observation, curiosity and connection rather than expectation. More from sharing than requesting.
GeneKeys 23 goes from Complexity to Quintessence via Simplicity. It is a distillation, a selection process.
Checking in with the body also is a perfect way to navigate this.
Ask regularly, several times a day: Is this what my energy is showing up for? What does my body need?
I even listen extra carefully for what kind of foods my body is craving, choosing grounding over perceived “productivity time” and allow extra amount of rest without guilt.
A way to be very receptive about the gifts of this energy, which is insights, exact and very concrete, concise words and directions is to have a channel as clear as possible.
Therefore calling your energy back, clearing your chakras and spending time in your own energy listening are key factors and very helpful.
We are having a beautiful dance to experience:
We are invited for a couple of rounds in the depths going deeper and deeper
Observing what comes up to be ready to be released, leaving our system - taking a pause, breathing, acknowledging but not getting swiped by it
Randomly a new move hits and it just sits perfectly: possible negatively perceived event (meaning not delivering the expectations) gets reframed with a whole new perspective giving it meaning - ahhhh, it makes sense now feeling
Slowly we are getting let out of the inner landscape and changing ballrooms, where what we have learned is ready to be shown and expressed
By the new moon we can great Gate8 and plant those seeds by the exact words and precise acts of contribution
We can enjoy the play-off of the Universe making it´s next step helping you on the path you just stepped onto

Whatever you have been experiencing as not desired these past 2 weeks since the Full Moon - What is the learning behind them?

Can you believe this message? Can you lean into trust around it? Can you just 10% more surrender to your connection to the Universe and the thought that you can be a channel of it´s great potentials?

She has a sword, but also the moon over her head and she is rising from grace.
Can you have a better card giving you some hope for navigating these intense days leading up to the new moon for things to spark a new beginning or some fresh energy in the system?
Move and hold yourself with Grace. Meet what comes with feminine wisdom and allow the insights to land. You will know, what to do from there.
In our wheel we have arrived to The Eagle/ The Sovereign again.
Another beautiful cycle is about to be ending, so that we can welcome the new from a different place on the spiral.
Our capacity has expanded. With intense weeks, intense depths, there comes the just as amplified highs.
What have you learned from looking at the bigger picture, the higher perspective?
What is that knowing, which has shown itself from a deep embodied wisdom?
If there was no rush, no scarcity in time and resources, what could be emerging?
In the Creative Call I´d invite you to tackle the themes touched by this week´s energy.
They are deep: worthiness, playing small, fears around failure or success, mental stories having an emotional charge, patterns of avoidance or overriding yourself to keep peace, to please others, to live up to expectations etc.
Therefore it is brilliant, if you can add playfulness and allow yourself to work through resistance in your creative practice:
can you choose a significantly bigger canvas? Can you use the last of your materials, last drop or extra amounts of your favourite color? Can you tear pages of a magazine you kept, because it is so beautiful, and use it for your anchor piece?
These intentional extentions and discoveries of boundaries can liberate you and take you places, you have not dared to go before.
Can you follow your emotional intensities by movement? Can you allow the rhytms of your hands shift you and relocate your energies and focus?
Music can be extremely useful to take your mind off logic and let it effect you by your body. Do you have a playlist you go to for support or guidance? Feel into, what could help you. Or the opposite: if you feel there is too much going on, can you allow yourself a fully silent room to stay with whatever whispers in the air?
