We are officially in summertime and we are invited to be outside, enjoying the warmth of the sun, social gatherings, beach and water and being on holidays in the presence of family and friends.
It feels natural, that the time spent behind computer is reducing.
Therefore from next week the Ritual video is going to be sent out immediately after the session is finished. Unedited and raw as usual, but without the written summary by me.
I was playing with and wondering about the option of attaching the Ai summary Zoom creates during the call, so you can quickly read, what were the topics in it, so if you think that would be helpful, please let me know.
The written summaries might come mixed with other topics later on during the week. I can feel my energy is shifting and I decided to live and honor my rhythm, because that is when I can serve you best with my insights and inspirations.
You might be also feeling that your presence needs to be more in person on certain days, when you used to do your “routines”, and you feel like having alone time and recharge differently or on different days as usual… Lean fully in, your body will tell you, when you do things out of alignment and when of pressure.

And now, let´s get to the matter, shall we? :)
This week has flown away and been a very interesting one.
We have entered Cancer season with the Solstice and big planetary changes, and I experienced both the “deeply emotional” and the “raw, after the growth with a soft shell” aspect of it.
The past weeks has been leading up to an “uplevelling” of identity, where you embody and stand by more of who you are at the core. Maybe calling from new aspects of you or simply decided not to keep yourself small anymore and finally shine bright your light, despite what your environment might think about it.
This all sounds nice, when you read it. But then you actually do it, and so much is coming up.
Your environment of course reflecting back the change, you might needed to face big triggers. Or taking “more of you” to the game actually triggered others by your existence or what you admitted and said out loud. The Sun illuminating the transit of Gate 15, the gate of Extremes has potentially amplified this experience and was asking you to turn to Acceptance from Judgement.
After such an upgrade, your physical body, the nervous system needs to recalibrate too. So you might have had physical symptoms of your system sending the alarm of “Unknown territory. Danger. Watch out. Take a step back from the cliff..”
That might show up for you in different ways, I know operate with running a quick check whenever I find myself being unwell:
Am I actually sick in my stomach? Can I think of food? Do I have actual pain in there?
That used to be a biggy for me, because I was having a lot of nausea as a child, and never had the feeling of “relief” after vomitting (sorry for the unwarned spell out), I could suffer for many and long hours. Now I believe it was the issue of loosing control, which has created this fear in me about it. (If you are similar, let me know, I have gone through quite some purging in relation to this, so then I can share my tips and techniques I use now and how I shift my perspective around it.) I usually go to breathing techniques and giving my mind a task somewhere else - like counting, reaffirming “I am safe. It goes over.” or repeatedly saying totally random words in a rhythm, playing with the tone of my voice.
Is there any event, performance, important meeting coming up? Am I nervous and stressed about something meaningful in the future?
My life experience has shown me how my body reacts to these events, so then my mind can relax, I can just state that “I am just nervous. I am excited” instead of “I am feeling sick or bad”. I have learned from the amazing Lisa King, that being excited and being nervous are so similar in terms of how they show up, that by simply stating which one you choose, you can direct how you are going to feel. Binaural beats or certain frequencies and physically moving the body or humming, repeating a mantra as if it was a song could also help.
Have I recently done an upgrade? Have I made big changes - especially in the invisible plane? Have I worked with energy, took part in ceremonies, tapped into new knowledge?
Sometimes (most of the times) I don´t realize, when I went through an initiation or another subconscious layer until my body is sending the signal of “freaking out”. If the answer to the above is yes, now I calmly affirm that my system needs time to catch up, give myself compassion, rest and small dosages of the new identity, so it can get familiar. Generally this means slowing down and moving gently along without changing the course, but with extra attention and care for myself. Pressure of performance to the outside dropped, more time in nature, sleeping, no new intellectual information intake.
Have something has happened (this time of the year) in the past, which might have been triggered?
You remember the smell of the rain or a certain flower deeply. The light as it casts a specific shadow with a specific color in your apartment. The feeling of a piece of fabric from your summer clothes. An event you went to last year this time and it comes again. When something deep, really beautiful or traumatic has happened, you might have locked it in attached to sensory experiences or places. So you encountering them again by the season or by chance can trigger memories in your body. And those might also come with physical discomfort even if you cannot name the emotions you are feeling or the concrete event.
In this case I return to the present moment. Reaffirm, that I am beyond that past experience. Acknowledge the sensation, give it attention and accept that the discomfort, fear or anger is there and just let it be. Then supporting myself with a self-hug, letting the tears to flow or moving, so that the energy can move through. Music with lyrics can be very supportive.
I find, that very shortly after I find the reason, why fear or the physical symptomps show up, and decide to be curious about it, not fight it - the energy shifts. Either I feel more at ease with the discomfort, or I remember techniques, which could be useful to try and by going through them I keep my brain busy and focusing on the body.
Even if I cannot change it, I know it is only a matter of time, before it shifts - so filling out that time with somatic practices instead of running with the mind´s anxiety is already helpful.
Ok, so the collective energetics: You might have felt a big shift, and now the test comes, whether you make different decisions or can hold this new identity.
Surrender and allow your body to catch up.
Not a time for pushing, but for recognizing and listening a bit more.
Possibly getting extra emotional as cycles are closing. Tears coming out of nowhere. All kinds of emotions and sensations surfacing. Allow it all. They are all helping purging and renewal, so you can step into new beginnings after you have created space.
GeneKey 15 goes from Dullness to Magnetism through Florescence. Dullness is the stagnant “same”. Where is no movement, no growth. When you grow, and integrate the new into your system, finding your center and radiating your full light, you become magnetic.
In Human Design Gate 15 is the gate of Extremes. It is also about Universal Accept. Even of the extremes. You might be shown triggers, but it is all to help seeing sides of you, which are still waiting to be accepted by you. If you are the one triggering others and they react to that, the task is not yours to take. But it can give you interesting information about where have you stopped hiding and where is the edge, which makes you different and unique. It is located in the Identity center, connecting to the Sacral. So the more you act from love and in alignment with your soul´s essence, the more magnetic you are becoming.
It is the perfect time for Shadow work.
And at the time of writing, we have just moved into GeneKeys or gate 52. Which is about Stillness. It goes from Stress to Stillness via Restraint. More on that next week, but notice how we are calming down from the intensity of Solstice and Extremes to integrate and act from a different place. Perfectly fitting for our archetypes and the theme of the week.
We are working with the archetype of Jaguar/ Gentle Warrior this week. You might experience that what you normally struggle with, shows up amplified and intensified this week. Giving you the opportunity to see it, meet it, accept it and release or integrate it.
Topics I turn to during the Jaguar week besides shadow work is Balance. The masculine and the feminine. When to take actions and when is simply being, resting, breathing more valuable. It is always a powerful week to make different choices around what we allow ourselves, battling conditioning around productivity, but at times also doing what needs to be done facing fears.
For the Creative Call, I decided to guide you through a quick exercise finding your timeline. (Check out the video.) It is a technique used in timeline therapy.
I felt like working with moving on your timeline (and between timelines) during the painting process could help and show you where your recalibration is happening.
Close your eyes and point at the direction of your past.
Then point at the direction of your future.
Check, whether you can see or imagine these two points creating a line.
They can go in any direction. Up and down, left or right, in front and back and in all combinations. Your past can be on your left side, and your future up above your head.
The point is that you can see a line in which you can “travel” or move along.
Then start the painting with whatever shape or color coming to your mind after grounding or orienting, and notice where you place that first figure on the canvas.
Or get intentional and if you know, that what is keeping you busy is something from the past - start your painting in the area of the canvas equivalent to your sensed position of the past (if you were pointing down, then at the bottom of the painting, if left, then left and so on.) If you are ahead of something big in the future, start there and see what gets revealed. For a still present, start in the middle and work your way towards the corners or in the center - just like if you are zooming.
